Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Timeframe
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not been shipped or processed for dispatch.
After 24 hours, or once the order has entered the processing/shipping stage, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and may not be possible.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide:
- Order number
- Full name used for the order
- Email address used at checkout
We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
3. Cancellation Eligibility
An order can be canceled only if:
- It is within 24 hours of placing the order
- It has not been shipped or handed over to the carrier
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not available.
4. Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
Processing time by banks or payment providers may vary.
5. Late Requests
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours or after shipment:
- The order cannot be canceled
- You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

- Cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after purchase
- Order shipment confirmation is considered final and non-cancellable
