Refund policy


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories and components are included

Items that show signs of misuse, modification, or normal wear may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or assembled
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved under the following cases:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Order cancellation before shipment

6. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
